The Verbal Report is a comprehensive investigation of all systems and components of the dwelling. The findings are explained and shown to the client as the inspection takes place. Verbal Inspection Report Fee.................................... $250.00a -OR-

The Written Report is NOT a check list. It is a detailed narrative of the findings of the comprehensive investigation including a concise ranking system which indicates the importance of any negative findings. The report is available in most cases, within 48 hours. Written Inspection Report Fee.................................. $350.00

Both the verbal and written reports cover the majority of single family homes up to 2000 sq. ft. Additional fees are required for larger or older homes and services requested beyond the basic inspection such as well water testing or inspection of other out buildings.
