I was so impressed with your breadth of knowledge about all aspects of a property- the structure, the heating, plumbing and electrical systems, moisture, insulation, paint, pests. You delved into just everything about the buildings. One property I did not buy because of the work that was needed. The other two buildings have turned out to be excellent investments.
